Our Online Technical Help or O.T.H system is a software based service solution available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To gain access you must be an active client of the NaturalMethods.com group, which includes this site.
If you purchased your Lady-Comp or Baby-Comp from this site THEN YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY REGISTERED AND CAN IMMEDIATELY BEGIN USING O.T.H SERVICE. All you need to do is LOGIN using the e-mail address you used to place your original order and your customer number that was e-mailed to you as part of the order confirmation and receipt.
If you are a naturalmethods.com customer and purchased your device from another source such as, the old www.naturalmethods.com site, www.naturalbirthcontrol.com, Muhs & Associates or from any distributor or retailer associated with NaturalMethods.com, then you will need to register to use O.T.H. If you know your current customer number as it was recorded in our original system, this can be used to register immediately. Manual registration is available if you do not know your customer number. Manual registration generally requires 24 hours with the exception of holidays and weekends.
WANT TO USE O.T.H. BUT NOT OUR CUSTOMER?
Access to O.T.H. is also available to non-customers on a subscription basis. 24 hr subscriptions may be purchased at a cost of $8.00 USD. Payment by credit card will be required to gain access by non members.
Please note that the O.T.H. system is still under development and is not available at this time.
